Payment

By Cheque or Credit Card. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. A $100 cancellation fee will apply if postmarked by July 15, 2010. Substitutions will be accepted at anytime. No requests for refunds will be accepted after July 15, 2010.
